Decisions Made
During the Challenge, the competitors have to prepare their strategy and make decisions about running their company. These decisions include:
- Pricing
- Warehousing
- Marketing
- Cashflow Management
- Production
- Finance and Investment
- Transport
- Consultancy
- Contracts
- Capital Expenditure
- Creditor/ Debtors Management
Decision Timetable
Completed decision entries for each period must be submitted to the Business Challenge
website on or before the published deadlines. Late decisions will not be followed up &
reminders will not be sent.
Late decisions cannot be accepted for whatever reason. It is the responsibility of contestants to
ensure that decisions are lodged with the Business Challenge website before the decision deadline.
Deadlines may be changed according to circumstances provided that adequate notice is given to all
contestants.

Final
Will be held on the week commencing 24th September.
Decision Timetable
Since the Challenge requires all five team decisions before it can be processed,
late or missing decisions will be satisfied by an ADMINISTRATION ENTRY.
Administration entries are based on averages and are automatically calculated by the simulation.
Contestants will be placed last in their game at the end of any round in which more than two
administration entries were submitted for the same round.
